Eat the Rainbow!
I learned two really amazing nutrition lessons from my mom: 1) Eat the rainbow 2) Enjoy anything in moderation Also, never scrimp on toilet paper, but that is a side bar :) These are lessons that I learned years ago that have really stuck and continue to influence my current eating habits.
